FAMILY PROGRAM

at the ‘Saint-Nicolas’ summer school in Paris

Target audience	Children and teenagers aged 6 to 16 years and their parents.
Levels	All levels, from Total Beginner to Advanced
Start dates	Every Monday
Groups size	max. 15 students per group
Combined program	Children : Junior French course - 15 hours/week, 9:00-12:00, Monday to Friday) Parents: Semi-Intensive adult course - 15 hours/week, 9:00-12:00, Monday to Friday (or an Intensive course at choice, from 20 to 29 hours/week)
Children course contents	“Play and Learn” teaching method with focus on oral communication, using authentic documents such us TV programs, movies, magazines, songs, etc. A wide range of class games and activities make the learning of grammar, structure, vocabulary and pronunciation interesting and fun.
Adult course contents	Total immersion course with focus on oral communication, designed to learn French and discover France’s culture and way of life. Authentic audio-visual materials. Role-plays, debates, excursions, drama techniques are also part of the teaching method. Grammar and writing are taught through language games and interactive activities.

Accommodation	‘Pierre et Vacances’ apart’hotel located at Porte de Versailles: furnished apartments from 2-bed studios to 6-bed flats. At walking distance (5 min.) from the Saint-Nicolas school, with easy access to the centre of Paris (by subway lines 12 & 8). Modern and functional facilities of very good quality. All apartments include kitchenette, bathroom with toilets, TV, telephone, air conditioning. Weekly cleaning included. Beds sheets and towels provided and changed weekly. Prices on request.
